Our company was established in 1992 under the name Kılınç Ticaret – Ramiz KILINÇ at the 15th km of the Antakya-Hatay-İskenderun road, in a 120 m² workplace, to sell spare parts for trucks, buses, and heavy-duty vehicle groups. Since its founding in 1992, our company has been operating in the automotive industry. In line with the sector’s development in our region and the trust we have built with our customers, we have expanded our operations from the early years.

During the initial years in the industry, increasing demand both domestically and especially internationally boosted our domestic sales revenues and led us to begin exporting as well. In a short period, the existing workplace became insufficient to meet growing needs. As a result, in 1998, we moved to a new location near the previous address—Racan Site, located opposite the newly constructed Antakya Industrial Zone—which provided a larger space. At this new location, we continued expanding our operations by acquiring additional workplaces, increasing both our physical space and business volume.

In 2003, in order to grow on a corporate and global level, we established a limited company in addition to our sole proprietorship under the name Kılınç Otomotiv Uls. Nakl. Paz. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. and continued our export activities under this new company. Alongside spare parts, we expanded our exports by including product groups such as low-bed trailers, flatbed trailers, buses, vehicles, and vehicle equipment, significantly increasing our export volume.

Having quickly earned the trust of our domestic and international clients, our company became one of the leading firms in the region and achieved the highest export figures in the industry, making us the top exporting company in Hatay in our field.

Since 2006, closely following the domestic market dynamics, we began construction of a Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Service center at the 10th km of İskenderun Road on an 8,500 m² plot we acquired. Completed to meet international standards, the facility includes 4,500 m² of indoor space. Since 2008, it has been operating under the name Hatay Kılınç Motorlu Araçlar Bakım Onarım Hizm. Ltd. Şti. – Private Service, providing specialized services in a separate branch of the industry.

This investment, shaped by evolving market dynamics, not only filled a major gap in the region but also became one of the largest investments in its sector, setting an example and leading other companies in the area.

Meanwhile, continuing its export activities with Kılınç Oto Yedek Parça Uls. Nakl. Tic. Ltd. Şti., our company entered the logistics sector in 2004 and has continued its operations with its own fleet of vehicles ever since.

As part of our growth in logistics and to focus more on exports and become a global company, we established a new company in 2009 under the name Kılınç Global Otomotiv İth. İhr. Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. at the Antakya Nakliyeciler Sitesi address.

In 2010, to support the growing business volume and expand into international markets, our newly founded company purchased a facility in Istanbul Hadımköy, consisting of 4,500 m² of enclosed space on a 9,287 m² plot. Operations moved to this new location, and the company headquarters was relocated there in 2017.

As part of the branding process both domestically and internationally, and with the aim of long-term operation in the sector, we purchased the air spring manufacturing factory of Aktaş in Adıyaman in 2013 and began production under our own brand “OESP” in 2014. Aware that the greatest contribution to the national economy comes from exports, our company began manufacturing operations in the automotive sector and has continued to grow ever since. Known internationally as Kılınç Global Otomotiv, 90% of the company’s revenue from spare parts and manufacturing comes from exports, with minimal import activity. Efforts are also underway to increase domestic sales driven by our manufacturing capacity.

With 27 years of experience in the industry, all our group companies remain actively operational today, using their accumulated knowledge and expertise in line with evolving conditions and aiming to pass them on to future generations for the benefit of our country and our children.
